First Tracks

The popular ski-in/ski-out Timbers townhouses are 20 years old and were built with a “lodge” design theme.  We were contacted by the original owners to bring the great room into the 2020s by lightening it up and reconfiguring the kitchen to provide an island, moving the fireplace, and creating different traffic patterns in the space.

The project included a new fireplace and surround, new kitchen cabinets and counters, flooring, a sidebar, and some unique floating shelves.  The large island created a new gathering space for the family and opened up the room traffic-wise.
